A sadness. I really liked the way she talked about our dread disease instead of hiding it as if it is shameful - which too many do.
And I do hope that she realised what a difference she made.
All of us who grew up during that time and wanted to be just like her ( and wear a bra), felt sadness when we heard the news. She suffered so long with that terrible disease.
