Tiw's Day

Well, it's all a bit more bearable today. We're supposed to have thunderstorms after the temp rises to near 70' today. Maybe this will be a long Spring, since it's started so early. I hope it won't be sweltering in May, like it was last year.

So let's take a look at today's ponderings.

That's quite enough to ponder, methinks.

Stress is the trigger for learning and growth - so,so true. I jut wish though that it didn't cause so much pain.

I like your Bernie. We have somewhat the same problem here with dental care. Our daughter is on assistance and while her children get dental care (to a degree) she does not. She hasn't been to a dentist in ages.

Lawless- In our state, kids can go to a dentist if you can find one that takes the coverage. There are damn few dentists here at all, then the local ones won't take your insurance.
The biggest irony is that Medicare, our state-sponsored health insurance for "pensioners" doesn't cover feet, glasses or fake teeth of any kind... thanks, Congress, who get everything covered all their lives.

Our national insurance will cover an eye check up - but no restorative measures. Dentistry is not covered at all. Sigh. National health insurance is great as far as it goes - but it doesn't go far enough.
