Thursday Ketchup

I'm way behind in reporting news of this weirdo world we live in. So here's some ketchup, we'll see if there's anything to relish later.

Much as I hate to give this piece of filth any notice, he is in the news

Loved the feast for my eyes and gluttonized over it. Thank you mega heaps.

Anders whats his name is an oxygen thief.

Chuckled at the what not to say. Terribly true, but sometimes the mouth says them anyway. Bad. V bad.

So many people's lives were touched by Dick Clark. I remember running home from school to watch Bandstand. I lived about an hour out of Philly, where the show originated and my dream was to dance on the show. I never got there, but knew others who skipped school and made the trip to the studio. No all got in though as you had to stand in a long line and then be chosen to be in the audience.

"materialism and depression" caught my eye. It makes sense that the fewer 'things' we have to bind us the happier we will be.

EC- They were too luscious to leave out!
He's a waste of protein.

I was chagrined at seeing a few things I've said. Especially the "You look good!" one. oooops.

Arleen- What a great memory though. I was in Brooklyn, too far away to ever get there. But I danced in the living room, sometimes with a brother. Great memories. I'll give Dick Clark a 98. He had a good beat and you could always dance to him. ;)

Lawless- I think it ties into the greed thing. If nothing is ever enough, how can you be happy?

Carrie- I always make for the relish. ;)
