So hard to lose a loving companion. Their lives are too short.
Oh no, Emmet the Wonderdog, always loved and never forgotten.
My thoughts to Allyson and to all who were blessed to know Emmet.....
I hope that Allyson is doing OK. Loosing a friend/ pet is not an easy thing to deal with.
A blogger friend Tracy Spaine who is a special Ed. teacher wrote a very interesting and touching book " Life through the eyes of Hurricane the Doggy Dog". May be Allyson will like the book.
Oh no.....so hard to lose a good friend.
Thanks, guys. She seems okay, thanks. I know Ems is okay cuz he was a saint among doggies. I'll pass along your wishes to Al. She'll see them, actually, at some point. She gets here. I hate that she's lost him. I hate death a lot these days.
And somedays it is hard NOT to hate death. I lost a friend (of nearly forty years) on the weekend, and am still in shock.
Dogs and cats wind their paws deep into our heart strings and take a piece of us with them when they go. My heart goes out to Allyson and to everyone who loved Emmet.
EC- I'm sorry to hear you lost an old friend. As the tribe shrinks it all gets sadder. So we must keep adding to the tribe, eh?
