After all this time of hating reality shows (apart from the occasional "Jersey Shore", something I'm still trying to work out from being a teenager on Staten Island, I guess), I've gotten hooked on one. It's called "Full Metal Jousting". On the History Channel.
Yep, you heard it right. Jousting. As in lances and horses and armor. These are men I can understand. And I already know it's a program my brother Billy and I will be fixated on. Two older guys (my age) are training two teams of young guys (hubba hubba) and it's a competition to find the best among them. I am so all over this.
Now if it'd just snow... it's awfully warm in here.

You're getting yourself all worked up over there.
:-) Delores is right.
I understand, however. My current reality TV addiction is Intervention, followed closely by Hoarding, although I suspect they are both about to up traded for something else. But what? Addicted to Flossing? Neighborhood Wallpapering? Intermural Radiator Flushing? It just keeps getting better, doesn't it? :-)

There seems to be no end for ideas for reality shows. We all need to get outside more often.
Lawless- Yes! And they're worth it! :)
Pearl- I almost got sucked into Hoarders once, but they grossed me out too much and I ran away. Intramural Radiator Flushing! Ahahahahahahah!!!!!
Arleen- We do. I usually hate these shows and I don't watch them, but jousting! Jousting!
The reality show I really enjoy is Top Shot. (I think that's on History Channel, too.) And of course, American Idol. Sorry. I'm a total sucker for that show.
I was stuck on AI for the first 2 seasons. Never saw or even heard of Top Shot...
The problem with reality shows is that they usually aren't real at all. But jousting? Oh, it's brutal. It can't be scripted and it doesn't need to be hyped.
And yes, my brother is already hooked. He emailed me first thing this morning.
