As it says in this piece, Gary Trudeau has been running excerpts of the book in Doonesbury - it's been a hoot to read them.
That said, if we excluded everybody who smoked or snorted or screwed extramaritally, we'd have nobody with brains left to run the country - not that Palin is one of those people...just, it's an awful wide net.
I'd be happy to just exclude Sarah Palin!
