Vermonters Displaced by Irene- Heads Up!

Our Congress guys got a waiver to open up 90 apartments for people who lost their homes to Irene's floods:

Lawless- I'll always take good luck! Thanks. But I'm not eligible. Taking FEMA emergency funding means you have to go back to where you were, and also that you have to carry flood insurance there from now on. There's always a catch...
